Advantage EJ’s annual summer BBQ at the school director’s house and karaoke party was a blast. The potluck feast featured almost every kind of dish including Pat’s cheese cake which was quite popular. The students were also amazed by Dave’s Karaoke skills and the party lasted late into the night.

Advantage E/J students and staff were welcomed to a hearty Canadian Breakfast at our teacher Pat’s house. Fresh blueberry pancakes topped with maple syrup… It was truly delicious! An English lesson was held separately after everyone’s stomachs were full. It was a wonderful midsummer treat for students at Advantage E/J School. Thanks for the treat!

The snow depth observed on April 13th was recorded at 1437cm, which is the second highest annual snow accumulation in Whistler’s history. The weekends have been crowded with skiers and snowboarders seeking fresh powder. There is still much more to come this season and beyond. Right now, a few students are graduating and taking with them fond memories of Whistler. Those days spent at the teachers’ houses, parties for various occasions and the daily dosage of winter sports. The staff at Advantage E/J wish you all the best and are most definitely waiting to see you again soon.
