Start Time: 9:30am ~ Listening and Reading (for 2.5 hours) * Please be at the school by 9:00am sharp as we will start the orientation immediately.

January 19th, 2011After a busy day of studying English in the classroom and skiing/riding on Whistler or Blackcomb mountains, the students went out to Crystal Lounge for a well-deserved break and were treated to unlimited quantities of chicken wings and beer in true Canadian fashion.

Another Epic day for Advantage E/J students on Whistler Mountain
January 11th, 2011Advantage E/J students were all smiles today, as they went up Whistler Mountain with local pro-snowboarder, Ryan. They were taken to the best runs and “secret spots” around the hill and were able to spend the day practicing English while having fun. This was the second time this season so far that the crew has gone for a group ride.
AEJ students are in for a special treat as next week they will be heading out with Tribal Ski Team Coach and Director of TMC Freeriderz, Yosuke Henry Hamazaki. Yosuke is a well-respected coach that has worked with a number of the world’s top freestyle skiers including World Cup athletes and Olympic Champions. The students are sure to learn a few techniques but more importantly they are set for another awesome day on the mountains. Have fun everyone!

Whistler Mountain opening early
November 16th, 2010Great news everyone! Whistler mountain will open a little earlier than expected on November 19. And Blackcomb’s opening day will be on November 25. Please take care as it is still early season conditions. See you on the slopes!
